Summary
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Responsible for providing operational and program level support assitance for clinical trials.
- Assist the clinical research team in preparing safety reports document for Investigators and other stakeholders -Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
- Contacts are primarily with immediate supervisor and personnel in department or group -Normally receives detailed instructions on all work -Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)

- Compliance, consistency and quality of deliverables -Adherence to Novartis policy and guidelines and external regulations
