About the Role
Ihre Aufgaben sind unter anderem:
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Erstattungsstrategien im Krankenhausbereich (z.B. OPS, NUB, ZE)
• Mitentwicklung der politischen Aktivitäten für die Verbesserung des Marktzugangs des Novartis-Produktportfolios in der Zukunft, insb. von Radioligandentherapien
• Erarbeitung und Verhandlung von einzelvertraglichen Lösungen mit Krankenhäusern (in Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Vertriebsfunktionen)
• Enge cross funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs und Governmental Affairs
• Kundenbezogene Unterstützung der Vertriebsmitarbeiter

Was Sie für die Position mitbringen:
• Naturwissenschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss, Medizin, Pharmazie, Wirtschafts- oder BWL-Studium
• Fundierte Kenntnisse zum deutschen Gesundheitssystem und zur Erstattung von Arzneimitteln, idealerweise mit bereits vorhandenen Tiefenkenntnissen im nuklearmedizinischen Umfeld
• Praktische Erfahrung in der Interaktion mit lokalen und regionalen Akteuren im deutschen Gesundheitssystem
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie in vergleichbaren Rollen, Krankenhaus, Krankenkasse
• Empathisches und kommunikatives Auftreten, Teamplayer
• Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Lösungsorientierung
• Fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
