About the Role
Location: Istanbul Kurtköy, Turkey #Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
Continuous improvement of logistical processes and standards
Support for deviations and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) within the area of responsibility
Share best practices and lessons learned with all locations and global networks
Ensuring GMP and GDP standards with Novartis national regulations, policies, procedures and standards
Development, creation and maintenance of GMP and GDP compliance standards and SOPs
Support for change management
Coordination, harmonization and standardization of logistics GMP compliance activities, across all departments.
Presentation of warehouse and logistics during audits and inspections, including the processing of follow-up actions (internal and external)
Essential Requirements:
University degree in Supply Chain or any other relevant field
Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry
Previous experience in logistics and/or materials management
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English (good written and spoken skills)
Desired Requirements:
Previous experience in project management and coordination is an advantage
German language skills
