Summary
• Je maakt kennis met verschillende methodes om medicijnen steriel te bereiden (filtratie, sterilisatie, steriele incorporatie). Je leert deze technieken ook zelf aan om patiënten wereldwijd van oogdruppels & oogzalven te voorzien. Je zal nauw samen-werken met een aantal interne diensten zoals labo, automatisatie, kwaliteitsdepartement, onderhoud, omgevingscontrole en afvulling. Je wordt, tijdens dit hele proces, begeleid door jouw persoonlijke trainer.
• Je bundelt je scheikundige en technische kennis om met behulp van high-tech apparatuur de steriliteit van het product te bekomen en assertief mee te denken in de dagelijkse werking.
• Je scherpt jouw technische en aseptische skills aan door zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken door vervangen van filters, opbouwen van reactoren, monteren/ demonteren van afvulpompen en werken in isolatoren.
• Je speelt flexibel in op snel veranderende productieomstandigheden.
• Je trainer werkt in 2 ploegen systeem (vroeg/laat). Jij komt 2-3 dagen per week onder zijn vleugels en zal verderop in de opleiding in staat zijn om zelfstandig mee te werken.

• volgt een opleiding in Chemie of (electro-)mechanica.
• hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands aangevuld met een goede basis-kennis van het Engels.
• bent een sterke teamplayer, flexibel ingesteld en leergierig. Wat je van ons kan verwachten
