Key Responsibilities:
Manage communication related to updates, changes, additional details requested (technical discussion) on large molecules projects. Participation to project review meeting
Point of contact for internal proposals on TPC improvements, technical projects, internal evaluation and decision making process in relevant boards
NonPro cost tracking
Lead internal follow ups with sites technical projects lead
Single point of contact for updates on biosimilar projects in SDZ Project review meeting
Support, coordinate and lead all interactions with CDMO about technical projects and related timeline to maximize collaboration and value creation between the parties.
Providing technical expertise in collaboration with manufacturing experts
Defining and monitoring the scope, time schedule and progress of technical projects serve as point of contact for escalations, potential projects roadblocks
Organize business and projects review meetings, where key stakeholder and technical experts meet to discuss about projects update, joint opportunities, potential roadblocks to collaboration, activities resource required, timelines adherence
Essential Requirements:
University degree in pharmacy, chemistry or other equivalent natural science degree
Fluency in English, knowledge of German preferred
5-7 years of relevant working experience
Project management skills
Good communication skills, negotiation skills, team skills, proactivity, and self-initiative
Desirable Requirements:
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing work environment.
Ability to operate in a global matrix environment
